Description of Service

LeTASTE is a mobile application that provides:

• Cultural insights and translations for fine dining experiences
• AI-powered dish previews from menu descriptions
• Wine pairing recommendations
• Etiquette guides and cultural context for dishes

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of LeTASTE require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload within the app. By using LeTASTE, you grant us a license to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LeTASTE, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of LeTASTE Inc. and are protected by international copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

LeTASTE is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations, cultural information, or AI-generated content.

We are not responsible for any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health issues that may arise from using information provided by the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to LeTASTE at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and you must delete the app from your device.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
